How to login Admin Panel

For admins logging into the backend admin panel, please check your email inbox for an invitation to access as administrator from the Micepad team or your relevant in-charge from your organization. Please check with your relevant in-charge if you require administrative access. 

For existing organization administrators, go to the Micepad login page, enter your admin email address and password credentials and click on the login button. You may require to check your email inbox for a 6-digit OTP verification. 

Mobile Application

Users can access events via the mobile application or the website. For mobile apps, download the Micepad app via the App Store or Google Play Store depending on your device. 
Access via mobile app depend on the product the organization has selected for their event. Please check with your organization admin if your event allows mobile app access. 

Apple Devices:

  1. For Apple devices, search your App Store for Micepad and download the application. Always ensure that you are using the latest version of our app.
  2. Open Micepad App on your iOS device and click on, "Tap here to Login" to proceed with the Login process and access the event.

   

Android Devices:

  1. For Android devices, search your Play Store for Micepad and download the application. Always ensure that you are using the latest version of our app.
  2. Open Micepad App on your device and click on, "Tap here to Login" to proceed with the Login process and access the event.
