The Schedule feature is where organizers can upload their list of session throughout their event. You are able to setup a 1-day or multiple days schedule.
Accessing the Schedule Feature
- From the Admin Panel, select App.
- Search and select the Schedule feature.
Creating a new schedule for your event
- From the Schedule feature, select the + New Schedule button.
- Fill in the relevant details. For multi-day events, select the Day as well. Do note that you can edit the Day dropdown list from Managing a multi-day event .
- (Optional) You can also toggle the schedule’s accessibility by changing the Access Rights.
- Select the Save button.
Managing a multi-day event
- From the Schedule feature, select the Manage Days button.
- At this popup, click on the date field to select a date from the date picker. Include a Display Date in the given field.
- To delete a Date, click on the trash can icon
- To add more dates, repeat step 2 and select the + icon. Click Save.
- On the schedule page click on the dropdown to change the schedule view and manage the schedule by each day.
Assigning speakers to a session
- On the MainSchedule page, click on the add speaker icon
- On popup page, you can manage your list of speakers
- To delete speaker, click on the trash can icon
- To add speaker, select a speaker from the dropdown list and select the + icon
Adding content to a session
- From the Schedule feature, select the session by clicking on the Time or Title.
- Select the Contents tab and Add Content
- From the dropdown, select the content type.
- Changes will be automatically saved. However, you can manually save the changes as well by selecting the Manage button, followed by the Save Changes button.
Adding or deleting tags from a session
- From the Schedule feature, select the Tags button under the session
- While on the Tags tab, fill in the Title in the space and select an appropriate colour and text colour for the tag.
- To add tag to session, toggle the checkbox (blue).
- To remove tag, toggle the checkbox (empty).
- To delete tag, select the dustbin icon on the same row of the tag you wish to delete.
Creating breakout sessions for your event
- Select + New Schedule to create a new session.
- Fill in the relevant information for your session and select the start and end time. Add any Speakers or Tags relevant to your session.
- For Type, select Workshop from the dropdown list.
- (Optional) You can also toggle the schedule’s accessibility by changing the Access Rights.
- Select Save to save the session.
- From the Main Schedule page, select + Add Breakout on the session that you want to add the breakout.
- Fill in the relevant information.
- (Optional) You can also toggle the breakout’s accessibility by changing the Access Rights.
- Select Save to save your breakout session.
- Repeat as necessary for the number of breakout sessions.
Reordering sessions
- From the Schedule feature, hover cursor over the six dots located on the same row as the session you wish to reorder.
- Drag and drop the session to the desired order.
- Changes will be automatically saved. However, you can manually save the changes as well by selecting the Reorder Schedule button.
Deleting Speakers from a session
- From the Schedule feature, click on the speaker icon to open Speakers tab
- At the Speakers tab, select the trash can icon to remove the speaker from the selected schedule.
Editing an existing schedule
- From the Schedule feature, select session by clicking on the time or title of the event.
- Edit the details accordingly under the General Tab.
- Select the Save button to save your changes made.
Settings
- Name: You can rename this module in place of the default name 'Schedule'.
- Visibility: Visibility can be enabled/disabled anytime for the Schedule to be visible or invisible.
