Unable to update attendee Email
There are instances where your attendee would like to change or update their registered email credentials to access your event.
Admins may encounter an issue when updating an attendee's email due to system error.
- From admin panel > go to Attendees > click on Attendee's Name > Edit email and Update.
A workaround to update attendee's email address is by importing the updated email address.
- From admin panel > go to Attendees > Import > Match First Name, Last Name and Email Address fields.
Note: Kindly use the Micepad Import Template when importing updated emails.
