How do I reset password

There may be situations where attendees forget their login password when they try to enter the Micepad platform. Follow the following steps to reset your password. Ensure that you are a registered attendee to do so. Do check with the relevant organizers if you are unsure of your registration status. 

How do I reset the password?

  1. Go to the URL that the event is hosted on and click ENTER
  2. Click Forgot Your Password
  3. Enter your email address and an email will be sent to you to reset your password.
  4. From your email inbox ➔ Click the Reset Password and reset your password accordingly.
Note: Password needs to contain at least any 2 combination of uppercase, lowercase, number or special characters.
